Inspirational, picturesque, beautiful, atmospheric and seamless are just a few words I would use to describe this Quantock Lakes Somerset wedding which took place on a glorious September day this year.
Emma & Sam began their day by preparing within the grounds at Quantock Lakes very own wedding village. Hair and make-up were carried out in the bridal suite whilst the grooms party prepared in the adjacent, ‘posh piggery’.
A romantic wedding ceremony took place under a twinkling of fairy lights in the Rustic Barn, and upon exit Emma & Sam were lovingly showered with confetti by family and friends.
Following fun, photo’s and canapes the newly weds and guests were seated for their wedding breakfast in a beautifully decorated marquee, along with some heart felt and also very entertaining speeches.
As sunset approached I then hopped off with Emma & Sam, for possibly my favourite part of the day…our visit to the swing! You only need to look at the photo’s to see how much fun they had!
Before my departure I was able to capture a beautiful pink sunset, some pictures of the absolutely fantastic fire pit (perfect for toasting marshmallows as can be seen above), and of course the first dance!
